BIOGRAPHYI learned to ski when I was 7 years old at my local dry slope in Hemel. I then joined the Hemel Race Team, who I trained with twice a week for the next few years. Throughout my time in the Childrens age group I was very successful, and managed to win the All England, Welsh, Scottish, British and European Dryslope Championships at different points over the next few years. I also made it on to the British Childrens Team and was lucky enough to have the chance to represent Great Britain on snow on 12 separate occasions. Since moving into the junior category I have been working hard to achieve my goals, and for the last 3 seasons I have trained with Ambition Racing in Bormio. I have learned a great deal about my skiing and myself, and have been fortunate enough to continue to represent Great Britain. I was selected as a member of the British Youth Team and represented Team GB in the 2007 Youth Olympics and the 2008 World Junior Championships. For the last season I have worked hard on my fitness and my education, so that I can head into 2010 with the best possible chance of achieving the results I am capable of. Last year I won several National Junior Titles at the British Championships and I hope to perform as well next season. I would like to say a massive thanks to the Ladies Ski Club, who have helped me with my training costs through bursaries, and my other sponsors who are always there to support me.
