BSIR races 12 September 2021

LSC ran a very successful British Schoolgirls Indoor Race event at Milton Keynes Snozone on Sunday 12 Sept. Only the second time we have run this indoor event, it provides a good ‘dry run’ for girls hoping to participate in the British Schoolgirls Races in Flaine in January, allowing schools to see the girls in action and to make their team selections.
Despite a number of schools and racers having to drop out at the last minute because of Covid, we had 120 girls taking part from 14 schools.
We congratulate all participants, particularly those who had never previously raced, and we hope they enjoyed the experience enough to do more in the future.
